TNTET 2022- Expected cut-offs:

The cut-off marks are the marks obtained by the candidate to clear the exam and move ahead for the further evaluation process to achieve their aim. The last year`s cut-off marks are not available as the exams are postponed due to the covid 19 pandemic.

The cut off differs each year. In general, the cut-off marks depend upon various factors like difficulty level of question paper, number of candidates, and number of vacancies available. The minimum qualifying marks is given below:

The result for the TNTET will be announced after 40 days of the examination date. Successful candidates will be invited for the interview and awarded certificates. The candidates invited for Interviews are judged by the exam authority on their performance in the exam as well as in the interview, The shortlisted candidates who perform well in both Interviews and written exams will be appointed as Government Teachers in the Tamilnadu schools.
